Arterial Screening 

Peripheral artery occlusive disease (PAOD) is one of the most common causes of death in the western industrial nations. Screening examinations can help to recognise disorders and diseases in their early stages to start a therapy. VasoScreen provides the possibility to detect arterial occlusion using the ABI (Ankle Brachial Index) . In contrast to the standard ABI measurement with a US doppler the VasoScreen measurement uses the oscillometic method with 4 cuffs. With this the measurement only takes about three minutes and is very easy to use.
